Amazing food and outstanding customer service, most bad reviews are probably from people coming late night when it's full, during regular hours very little places beat this restaurant. I got the Wet Burrito (half/half) and it was done to perfection. I hope i run into Juanito and Nicolas again when they're working here, I know the food will be awesome without a doubt. Came in Monday at 4:20 pm, would recommend 10/10
Proud to say we've been ordering here for years now. It's been an organic relationship. The bottom line: my spouse is always craving menudo or pozole and Que Ricos has been the only reliable delivery target that serves up the stew and soup at all hours of the evening. Their tacos are of the market, price-wise, but I do appreciate that they're a good dollar and some change cheaper than the competition. It's never been complicated with these guys - tacos, burritos, something for the bowl - they got you. Even if you have a favorite Que Ricos can't touch, they are worthy as a go-to spot - a distinctive category reserved for the good-enough and the convenient. Pretty sure we discovered them in '21 or '22, very much during the pandemic. They never got our order wrong. Never skimped on the asada or pastor in my tacos. I do crave them these days and weirdly, their fries! They aren't all that life changing, but I do enjoy ordering them from here. We recently set foot in the restaurant for the first time. It has a fun sweet smell in the dining room. It was just chill in there and simple. Hope they stand the test of the next five years.
My local art studio orders here nearly every weekend. Each person barely spends $12-$18 for lunch, and the portions are very generous. I'm a big dude, but the papas nachos always fill me up. The restaurant isn't stingy with the premium toppings like quacamole and meat. The tortas and tamarindo slushy machine are also really popular studio orders. The staff is super friendly, the wait time is always quick, and free parking has always been readily available during the lunchtime hours. The restaurant supports ordering online, over the phone, or in person at a self-service touchscreen (great for the folks that like to customize). The building itself is always clean, and doesn't have stairs so wheelchairs can come in without issue.
